We feature wines from our Calivence Estate Vineyard in Los Olivos, Santa Barbara and curated wines from France. Calivence is the perfect neighborhood wine bar to meet friends for a glass of wine, celebrate a special occasion, or join us in our upstairs dining room for entrees selected to pair perfectly with our wines.

The soil profile at our 5-acre Estate Vineyard consists of clay and limestone deposits. When coupled with our hillside vineyards and strong winds, these factors produce a well-balanced wine with both a complex and smooth finish.

At our 5-acre Estate Vineyard in Los Olivos, California, Regenerative Farming forms the foundation of our farming program. As farmers and custodians of this land, we believe in staying out of nature’s way and instead aiding her by creating a biodiversity of vegetation in order to combat disease and aid pollinators, essentially creating our own ecosystem within our 5-acre estate property. We protect the soil by not using harmful pesticides and instead add healthy compost to regenerate the soil. Our goal is to create harmony and balance with nature.
